How often should you get your Alarm System Serviced?

It Should be Serviced by a Qualified Technician every two years. You Should test the system yourself at least twice a year. If the service light is on then I recommend you phone us to arrange a service to your alarm system.

The power goes off in your neighbourhood. Will this effect the Alarm System?

It should be fine provided you have a good back up battery. Please phone us if you have not recently replaced your Battery.

Yes. We can fit Pet Sensors to any type of alarm system.

Many types of animals including Cats, Dogs etc.

Yes. A1 Grade approved to the highest Licence for Australia standards. Back to base monitoring takes the worry away from family, property and possessions by notifying authorities. As soon as any unexpected activity is detected, e.g. power failure, intrusion, tamper switch activation, your security system sends a signal down your telephone line to our 24-hour monitoring centre.

Depending on what signals are received and your instructions, a highly trained operator would:- Phone the premises to confirm the exact nature of the emergency. Phone you or others on your emergency contact list to notify you of the situation. Send out a patrol guard to investigate. Send the Police, Fire Brigade or Ambulance if required

What is a 3G GSM DIALER UNIT ?

A 3G GSM unit is a device that can be connected to your security alarm system. Very popular now due to the discontinued land line network. Requiring purchase of a SIM card will permit continued alarm monitoring when your are away. Your alarm system uses this device to phone you in the case your alarm is activated. It is becoming popular because your existing alarm system and NBN network won`t be able to communicate any more
